The average price of a detached home in Alberta rose 1.8% year-over-year to $604,761. Lethbridge led with a 10.6% increase to $497,099, followed by Medicine Hat at 5.8% to $417,383. Edmonton saw a 1.4% rise to $554,313, while Calgary experienced a 4.5% decline to $687,750. Sales dropped 9.2%, new listings rose 3.5%, and inventory increased 10.6%, with 3.24 months of supply overall.
